Industrial Training Program

Like many companies, KPTec has a corporate social responsibility to help train up young people and prepare them to join the workforce. KPTec actively participates in the University Undergraduates Industrial Training Program. Every year, we recruit undergraduates from local universities for industrial training and exposure and ensure that they have a good real-world experience even for a short period of time.

Career Fairs

KPTec scouts for talents and potentials among the university undergraduates at home and abroad. We participate in annual career fairs held at UTM, USM, MMU and other local universities. We also explore Japan for Malaysian students studying there. These will have an added advantage of knowing the Japanese culture and language which will enable them to adapt to the KPTec work environment.
