KIIS is designed to encourage employees to generate ideas or proposals that improve work processes, for which employees may then receive a gift or cash reward. The objective of KIIS is to promote employee involvement, creative thinking and continuous improvement.

This is a program to reward employees who have a perfect attendance record – in a month, in a year, and/or in consecutive years.
